Each HUI CHAN tea carries a different expression of the region, from fresh spring green to deep, aromatic black tea and the unmistakable long leaves of Taiping Houkui.
Huangshan Maofeng
Fresh. Delicate. Spring-bright.
A refined green tea from Huangshan, known for its tender leaf, light golden-green liquor and fresh floral character. Its profile is smooth and clean, with a gentle sweetness and a refreshing finish that makes it elegant without becoming austere.

Qimen Black Tea
Fragrant. Rounded. Distinctive.
A classic black tea from Qimen, prized for its layered aroma and balanced depth. Floral, honeyed and subtly fruity notes sit within a smooth, full-bodied cup, creating a tea with warmth, structure and a lingering finish, and a pronounced fragrance shaped by controlled oxidation.

Taiping Houkui

Recognised immediately by its exceptionally long, flat leaves, Taiping Houkui brings a striking visual identity to the HUI CHAN collection. The tea offers a clean, refined profile with a fresh green character and a graceful finish, while the dramatic whole-leaf appearance makes it particularly distinctive in the gift-box format.

From Huangshan, Shaped by Craft
The HUI CHAN collection begins in Anhui, where mountain climate, tea-growing tradition and careful processing shape each leaf before it reaches the cup.
Huangshan’s mist, elevation and changing seasons create the conditions in which these teas develop their individual character. What happens next is equally important: selective picking, skilled handling and processing methods suited to each tea style.
For green teas such as Huangshan Maofeng and Taiping Houkui, preserving freshness, leaf form and aroma is central to the craft. Qimen Black Tea follows a different path, using controlled oxidation to develop its deeper colour and fuller body.
